How do you keep my child's photo private?+
Uploaded photos are stored in a private area that only your account can reach. They are never public and never shared. You can delete a photo or a whole book project at any time from your account.
Do I need permission to upload a photo?+
Yes. You must confirm you are the person in the photo, or the parent, guardian or someone with permission from them — especially for a child's photo. We ask you to tick this before any photo is uploaded.
Will the character look exactly like my person?+
We build a detailed character reference from the photo and reuse it across every page, which usually keeps hair, colouring and overall look recognisable. Exact likeness is not guaranteed — that is why you preview first and can regenerate individual pages.
Can I change a single page?+
Yes. In the preview, any page can be regenerated on its own without rebuilding the whole book.
What do I get with a digital book?+
A print-ready PDF with correct page size, margins and image resolution, available to download from your account as soon as payment is confirmed.
How long does printing and delivery take?+
Printed books are produced by our printing partner, typically within a few working days, plus shipping time to your address. Estimated printing and shipping costs are shown before checkout.
Can I reorder or edit a book later?+
Yes. Saved book projects stay in your account so you can reorder, tweak details or start a new version.
